2. Eligibility for Refunds

Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to providing high-quality tutoring services. If you are not satisfied with your tutoring session, you may request a refund within 2 days of the session date.

Session Limits: To qualify for a refund, you must not have attended more than 1 sessions of the tutoring program.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Provide Information: Include your name, order number, date of the session, and reason for the refund request.

Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 – 7 business days.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 – 21 business days of approval.

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the payment process may be non-refundable.

Promotional Offers: Courses purchased during promotional periods may have different refund terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Missed Sessions: Refunds will not be granted for missed sessions unless prior notice of cancellation was provided as per our cancellation policy.
